CHARITABLE DONATIONS

1. The University of Washington supports 501C(3) organizations within the state of Washington.

2. Items can be donated for auctions, raffles, or fundraising activities, but requests for door prizes will be declined.

3. University of Washington athletic items will not be donated to other colleges or universities.

4. Personal appearances by players, coaches, or administrators are not available.

5. As a general rule, NCAA regulations prohibit the University of Washington athletics department from making donations to organizations, schools or events that support high school or college-age students (9th grade and above). The NCAA considers this age group to be recruitable prospective student-athletes. There are some limited exceptions to this rule that allow donations to non-scholastic organizations (e.g., Boys and Girls Club) that benefit individuals of a variety of different ages.

6. Donations are limited based on availability.

7. Requests must be received at least one month prior to the event and submitted online as described below.

8. You may request from the list below, ticket requests (for home athletic events) are given first priority for donations:

8. University of Washington reserves the right to deny any requests for charitable donations.
